Greetings

We heard from a plating company that it was having trouble because it didn’t have a place to treat wastewater. In response to that, we began the challenge to realize tankless technology at REICA. We developed an inline static mixer (patented) and succeeded in making wastewater treatment tankless.

In that process, we keenly felt the necessity of production equipment which does not produce wastewater. Accordingly, we strived to develop a vibration vortex mixer for high viscosity liquids (patented in Japan, the U.S. and Germany). As a result, we achieved the continuous mixing process of raw materials. That in turn led to an improvement in product quality and realized a clean working environment. In this way, we have contributed to solving issues in batch production such as by reducing cleaning liquid waste by more than 90%.

This is the foundation of REICA. We are answering the needs of our customers to improve the quality and functionality of their production processes and products with our unique Uni Forming Technology. This is technology which continuously treats production processes to ensure uniform and homogenous quality.

We will continue to strive to evolve and develop technology going forward. We will keep on pursuing the limits of Uni Forming Technology in the nano field, which will become even more important in the future, together with the VIBRO MIXER that serves as the synonym for REICA.
